Meet the team

Dawn (the organizer)
Dawn is an avid runner after an 18 year hiatus. Taking up running again to get back into shape after the birth of her second son she fell in love with it all over again. Her mantra is "I run for fun" and hopes to spread the fun of running with as many people as possible.

Jennifer (the red group leader)

Jennifer is not only a Master Personal Trainer, Sports Coach, Nutritional Consultant, and Founder of Hart Total Fitness, she is also an inspiration to everybody that knows her. Jennifer is a mother of two, wife and co-founder and current President of WISP (Women\'s International Soccer Paris), founder of the Women\'s running group and enjoys soccer, running, skiing (water and snow) and currently training for her first triathlon.

Farah (the yellow group leader)

Farah is a recent transplant to Paris, having moved here last fall from Ottawa, Canada. A longtime runner and athlete Farah ran her first marathon in 2001. Since then she has run numerous 10k's, triathlons, duathlons and half marathons, including the 2011 Paris half marathon. In addition to running, Farah is an active swimmer, cyclist, cross-country skier and snowboarder.

Nick (the blue group leader)

Nick has accomplished much in the last few years of serious training, traveling round the world to compete in marathons and triathlons, and now generously sharing his love of sports with anybody willing to get up early on a Saturday morning. He's competed in over 20 competitions in 2011 (including Ironman Germany, Abu Dhabi Long distance – both in under 11 hours, Half Ironman Switzerland and Mallorca). He's got 11 marathons under his belt with a best time of 3:02 in Nice (going for under 3hrs in London 2012) and TIME Megeve and Alpes d'Huez Cyclosportfis. He's also the leader of ExpaTRIés Triathlon Club. But does he have a weakness ? Just ask him about his experience with the Marathon du Medoc over a glass (or 30) of wine !

Ciara (the blue assistant and organizer's gift from....?)

You'd get a bio of Ciara if she wasn't so busy doing my job.......
